Phase 1:
CONCEPTING
We work together on solidifying the aesthetic for the space(s). My team and I develop a color story and source furniture, fixtures and finishes.
Phase 2:
PROCUREMENT
Where my skills from years of working in corporate creative project management roles really shine! I purchase all furniture & fixtures + schedule contractor work.
Phase 3:
installations
We oversee trades-folk work and set-up and style the space to perfection.
